DESCRIPTION You are bidding on a top quality, professionally made replacement seat cover for the Yamaha RT2, RT3, DT2 and DT3. This cover will fit the following models and years: 1972 DT21973 DT31972 RT21973 RT3 These covers have been designed to provide a perfect fit over stock foam and original pan giving your seat and bike the 'stock' look. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION This cover has been reproduced in black industrial strength marine grade vinyl to provide greater durability and long lasting wear. These covers will have YAMAHA professionally dyed in white on the rear to help with the 'stock' look. This seat cover is designed to fit the RT2 , RT3 , DT2 , DT3 single seat only on original foam. If you have bought an aftermarket foam, please contact me prior to buying as there are now some aftermarket foams that are oversized and will not fit the OEM sized covers that I manufacture. I do have a few oversize covers available. It will not fit the European semi-double seat. If you do not know which seat you have, please contact me through Ebay contact a member and I will help you determine which you have. james5757570: I just installed the new seat cover and it’s amazing! Great craftsmanship! Thanks again!. We have sold almost 600 of the DT2/DT3/RT2/RT3 seat cover worldwide since our first sale in Sept 2006!! This is ONLY for the replacement seat cover. Bike, pan and foam are not included. The picture is for demonstration only. In an effort to go a little greener, the 'How-to-install' sheet will now be sent electronically. Please ensure that your email address is current. We will now also include in that email a 'How-to' sheet to aid in repairing your seat foam. SHIPPING eBay has flexed their muscles and has imposed their policy that all shipping shall have a tracking number. As a result of this, I have had no choice but to raise my rates from the standard 'small packet airmail' to 'tracked packet'. Shipping rates are by weight and destination. If you pay on Monday we ship on Tuesday, pay Tuesday we ship Wednesday. If you pay Friday, Saturday or Sunday we will promptly ship on Monday as that is the next day that the Post Office is open. You cannot ask for better. Yes, I'll gladly combine shipping with other covers. Combined shipping rate will be the best possible rate I can get you. Prices will vary by weight and destination. I received this message on the 17th Sept 2018 "I collect and restore early Yamaha motorcycles and I left positive feedback, but wanted to make sure you know how much I appreciate the product you produce. I can buy replacement seat covers for half the price that you charge, but they are not near the quality you make. I like the red cord that you install because once in place I can get it snug and it really makes a proper fit, even better than stock. When I go to bike shows I can easily spot the inferior seat covers and see the stitching that is not of the quality I insist on. Thank you for putting the extra care and quality in your product. It's worth every penny." - Tom from CO
