A return authorization number only authorizes the return and creates the documentation which will be used to inspect the returned item. It does not automatically create a credit or exchange for any item. You must provide a copy of your original invoice to return any item. Starklite Cycle reserves the right to decide between exchange, repair, credit, or the return of merchandise in question after our inspection. B.
